I booked a King or Two Queen Room for my family and requested a crib, but ended up in a room with just one bed. My kids had to sleep on the floor and it was uncomfortable for all of us, especially since the bed was small. The noise from outside was disruptive, even though I asked for a quiet area. On the bright side, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The staff at the restaurant was friendly, and the food was delicious. Just wish the check-in process was smoother and the room had matched the reservation details.
